Why Have Your Carpet Cleaned?
The Carpet in your home is like a HUGE air filter. It constantly filters dust mites and allergens circulating in the air. It also traps numerous soils from outdoors due to foot traffic, these could include dirt, sand, bird droppings, germs, bacteria as well as mold spores.
About Our Process:
In order to provide you with exceptional carpet cleaning results, we use hot water extraction or steam cleaning to thoroughly clean the carpets in your home. This is the ONLY method recommended by your carpet manufacturer. This method also works to kill germs and bacteria in your home. All of our cleaning agents are considered safe for you, your home, and your pets.

We offer a dry cleaning service to our commercial clients. This service is not recommended to homeowners with residential grade carpet. The use of dry carpet cleaning otherwise known as encapsulation can cause physical damage to your carpet
as well as void your carpet warranty.
Our professional carpet cleaning services follow a 10 step process and industry standards which provide the highest caliber of cleanliness to the carpets in your home. Once we are done cleaning your carpet, they will feel cleaner, softer and
will not have a sticky residue that attracts re-soiling. Below is the steps we will take when cleaning the carpet in your home:
Step 1: Pre-Inspection
We will do a thorough walk-through with YOU to ensure that any stains or areas of concern are addressed during our deep cleaning process. During the walkthrough we will explain all charges to ensure that you know exactly what the job will cost
before we begin to clean your carpets.
Step 2: Furniture Movement
We will gladly move any light to medium weight furniture at no additional cost to you.
Step 3: Pre-Vacuum
Dry soil removal is one of the most commonly skipped steps in our industry. Dirt and dust are much easier removed dry than wet.
Step 4: Pre- Spot
Our specialty stain and spot removers are applied to stains such as urine and coffee before cleaning the rest of the floor.
Step 5: Pre-Treat Entire Carpeted Area
We pre-treat the entire carpeted area to be cleaned before steam cleaning the carpet.
Step 6: Hot Water Extraction
Hot water extract (steam clean) utilizing a rinsing agent that neutralizes detergent residues.
Step 7: Post- Spot
Our specialty spot removers are used to remove any remaining stains or spots not cleaned and removed from the hot water extraction step.
Step 8: Apply Carpet Protector (If Applicable)
Carpet Protector is an optional step in the cleaning process. Today’s carpet is milled with factory applied stain resisting treatment. This treatment is deteriorated by traffic and professional cleaning. Having carpet protector reapplied will make maintenance much easier as well as renew your carpets ability to resist permanent stains.
Step 9: Post Groom/ Drying
We will groom your carpet and reset the nap to ensure that your carpet dries as quickly as possible.
Step 10: Post Inspection
We will do a final walk-through with you to ensure that your satisfaction and expectations were met.
