HydroClean Carpet & Floor Care, legally HydroClean LLC, has cleaned floors in West Tennessee since 2010. Some people write the name as two words, Hydro Clean, and it is the same company. David Laton owns the business and runs it from Jadewood Drive in Jackson. He answers the phone himself, and most customers just call him David.
David started the company because he wanted a business that served the people of Jackson and Madison County, and a schedule that worked for his family. That was about 16 years ago, and he still works the jobs.

What We Do
In David's words, we clean, maintain, and protect all types of flooring in both residential and commercial applications. Carpet is a big part of that. We clean it by hot water extraction from a truck mount, with water heated to 200 to 240°F.
Hard floors each get their own process. On tile and grout we apply a cleaner, then rinse at high pressure with hot water that is vacuumed out to the truck at the same time. Hardwood is a two-step clean with a small extractor. Luxury vinyl plank is almost the same, often with gentler cleaners. We also offer screen and recoat on hardwood. We do not sand to bare wood.
We clean upholstery too, and we identify the fiber before we choose how to clean it. For businesses the process is the same as in a home. We also do encapsulation cleaning for large glue-down carpet, and we strip and wax VCT.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Cleaner from a pump sprayer, then a hot high-pressure rinse that is vacuumed out to the truck as it goes down.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Deep cleaning that takes years of cleaner residue and store-bought polish off a wood floor. We also screen and recoat. We do not sand to bare wood.
VCT & Hard Surface Floors
Strip and wax, scrubbing and buffing for VCT in West Tennessee churches, schools, medical offices and office buildings, plus other hard floors.
LVP & LVT Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank and tile hold soil in their ridged finish. We clean the floor, extract that soil and rinse it. We do not strip or wax it.
Natural Stone Cleaning
Any natural stone floor, including marble, granite, travertine and slate, safely cleaned and sealed. We identify the stone before any product goes on it.
Specialty Services
Rugs, commercial floors, specialty sealers and coatings, and the other jobs where we have to see what you have before we choose a method.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction that flushes embedded soil out of the pile and sends it back out to the truck.
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, chairs, sectionals and mattresses cleaned in your home, with the method picked after we identify the fiber.
How We Work
You call or send an estimate request. We collect the details: what needs cleaning, which rooms, and rough sizes. For some services we can give a phone estimate, with the final price set on inspection. For others we book an in-home estimate.
We prepare the estimate. Once you approve it, we schedule a time. You get a checklist 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. It asks you to pick up toys and clothes and have the rooms open and available.
Then we do the job. The crew wears company-logo shirts and keeps the van clean and organized. Customers tend to notice that, along with the truck mount.
When we finish, you get a chance to look at the work before we leave. We cannot fix every issue, but if it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave. If you call a couple of days later, David comes by, looks at the area, and re-cleans it if needed.

The Right Process for Each Floor
Carpet, tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl and upholstery are each cleaned differently. We identify what we are working on before we pick the cleaner.
A Rinse at the End
On carpet, we treat the remaining spots and rinse again, and the carpet is neutralized if needed. Hardwood finishes with a neutralizing rinse too.
Family Safe, Pet Safe
Our products are tested and safe for homes. For severe allergies or sensitivities, we have a hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume.

We are IICRC certified and fully insured, and David has about 16 years of experience. Our team is trained for every service we offer.
We Make It Right
You look at the work before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we fix it then. If you call later, David comes back to look.
