What is dry carpet cleaning?
It is low moisture cleaning. We apply a small amount of cleaner, work it in with a machine and remove the loosened soil, so the carpet is only slightly damp. Dry means very little water, not none, and the carpet is usually ready in about 1 to 2 hours.
Is dry carpet cleaning as good as steam cleaning?
It does not clean as deep. It cleans the upper pile well and dries in about 1 to 2 hours. For heavily soiled carpet, hot water extraction gives a better result. For upkeep or a fast turnaround, low moisture is the right tool.
How fast does it dry?
Usually 1 to 2 hours, compared with about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, for extraction. That is the main reason to choose it.
When should I choose low moisture?
