The source of the odor has to be dealt with first. If a room is musty because of a leak or dampness, that has to be fixed. If the smell is cigarette smoke, the smoking has to have stopped. A treatment on top of an active source does not hold.
We treat the odor. We do not remediate mold. If mold is growing in the house, that is a job for a mold remediation company, and it comes before any odor treatment.
During a gas treatment, people and pets stay out of the treated space, and the space is aired out afterward. We go over that with you before the job.
