We clean for churches, schools, daycares, senior living facilities and community buildings in Madison County and the nearby West Tennessee counties. David Laton started HydroClean because he wanted a business that served the people of Jackson and Madison County. We have been locally owned and operated since 2010.

Classroom carpet, common areas and hard floors. Our cleaning solutions are safe for children and staff, and a hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume is available.
Senior Living Facilities
Common rooms, corridors and resident rooms. Drying time matters here, so we plan around it before we start. If residents have sensitivities, ask about the hypoallergenic cleaner.
Local Offices, Clinics and Shops
The process is the same as in a home, with the timing worked out ahead. For large glue-down carpet we offer encapsulation, which is a low-moisture cleaning. We also strip and wax VCT.

Working Around Community Life
Community buildings rarely have easy downtime. A church has services and weeknight groups. A school has students in class every weekday. A daycare cannot have wet floors at pickup.
So we work out the logistics first: timing, keys and alarm codes. We start from when the space has to be back in use and count back from the drying time. Carpet needs about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, and air movers speed it up.
