How do I know if I need a scrub or a full strip and wax?
If the floor is dull all over but the finish is still there, a scrub is usually enough. If there are paths worn down to the tile, or the finish has yellowed, it needs a strip. The technician will tell you which.
Will cleaning make the floor shine?
It will look better, because a lot of what looks dull is soil. For more shine, we can buff the floor on the same visit.
How quickly can we use the floor again?
