Medina is about 15 minutes north of our Jackson base and one of the towns where we work most. We clean carpet, tile and grout, hardwood and upholstery in its new subdivisions and on its older streets. Builder-grade carpet and unsealed grout are what we see most here, and we tell you what to expect from both.

Floor Care in Medina
Medina has changed more than almost any town we serve over the last twenty years. It grew from a small Gibson County town into one of the fastest growing communities in West Tennessee. Families come for newer homes, good schools and an easy commute to Jackson.
That growth shows up in our work. Many Medina homes are fairly new, with builder-grade carpet in bedrooms and living areas and ceramic tile in kitchens, bathrooms and entries. Builder-grade carpet is usually a lighter grade than a homeowner would pick, and it shows traffic paths sooner.
Many Medina households are young families with small children and pets. That brings pet stains, spills and traffic lanes, which make up much of our work here. The products we use are tested and safe for homes, and we rinse thoroughly so nothing is left in the fiber.
Newer tile needs attention too. Grout in a five-year-old house has often never been sealed, or its first sealer has worn off, and it starts to darken. We can clean and seal it at that stage, which is far easier than dealing with deeply stained grout later.
Housing in Medina
More newer construction than the rest of Gibson County. The usual layout is carpeted bedrooms and living areas with ceramic tile in kitchens, bathrooms and entries. Builder-grade carpet is the norm and shows traffic wear sooner than heavier carpet. Older neighborhoods sit closer to the town center.

Services We Provide in Medina
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Cleaner from a pump sprayer, then a hot high-pressure rinse that is vacuumed out to the truck as it goes down.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Deep cleaning that takes years of cleaner residue and store-bought polish off a wood floor. We also screen and recoat. We do not sand to bare wood.
VCT & Hard Surface Floors
Strip and wax, scrubbing and buffing for VCT in West Tennessee churches, schools, medical offices and office buildings, plus other hard floors.
LVP & LVT Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank and tile hold soil in their ridged finish. We clean the floor, extract that soil and rinse it. We do not strip or wax it.
Natural Stone Cleaning
Any natural stone floor, including marble, granite, travertine and slate, safely cleaned and sealed. We identify the stone before any product goes on it.
Specialty Services
Rugs, commercial floors, specialty sealers and coatings, and the other jobs where we have to see what you have before we choose a method.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction that flushes embedded soil out of the pile and sends it back out to the truck.
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, chairs, sectionals and mattresses cleaned in your home, with the method picked after we identify the fiber.

Booking HydroClean in Medina
Call or Send an Estimate Request
Either one works. Call or text (731) 437-0006, or fill in the request form on this page. David still answers the phone, and we respond to requests on the same business day.
We Get the Details
We ask what needs cleaning, which rooms and roughly how big they are. Most carpet cleaning can be estimated over the phone, with the final price set when we see the floor. A home over 4,000 square feet, or a job with smoke odor or a lot of pet stains and odor, normally needs a visit first.
We Prepare Your Estimate
Every job is priced on its own, based on what you told us and what we see.
You Approve It and We Set a Time
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the job. A checklist comes to you 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: pick up toys and clothes, and have the rooms open and available.
We Do the Job
You get a chance to look at the work before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we go.
What's Included
- A look at the floor and any problem areas before we start
- Pre-vacuuming of every carpeted area
- Furniture moved where needed, cleaned underneath, then put back and blocked. Large, heavy pieces stay in place
- Traffic-lane cleaner to break the bond between soil and fiber
- Truck-mounted hot water extraction for carpet and upholstery
- Remaining spots treated and rinsed again
- Surface-specific methods for tile, stone, hardwood, luxury vinyl and VCT
- A chance to look over the work before we leave
What to Expect
We do not always know what will come out until we clean it. Most soil does, and many stains improve. Traffic lanes clean up well but may still show wear, because years of foot traffic wear down the fiber itself. Old dye loss and pet urine that reached the pad or subfloor can remain, and we tell you that before we start. Carpet dries in about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours.
Medina Questions
My house is only a few years old. Does the carpet need cleaning already?
Usually yes, and sooner than people expect. Builder-grade carpet is lighter than most carpet a homeowner would choose, so it shows traffic paths early. Most Medina homes we see do well with a cleaning at 12 to 18 months, and traffic lanes sometimes need it sooner.
Should I seal the grout in a newer Medina home?
Usually, yes. Grout in a five-year-old house has often never been sealed, or the first sealer has worn off. That is when it starts to soak up soil and darken. We clean it and seal it while it is still sound, which is much easier than dealing with stained grout later.
Do you use products safe for babies and pets?
Yes. Our products are tested and safe for homes, family safe and pet safe, and we rinse thoroughly so nothing is left in the fiber. If someone in the house has severe allergies or sensitivities, ask about our hypoallergenic cleaner, which has no odor or perfume.
How often should a busy family home be cleaned?
Every 12 to 18 months for the whole house, with traffic lanes sometimes needing a visit in between. Homes with a dog, small children or both usually land at the shorter end. Spring and fall are good times for it. We send reminder cards, and you book when you are ready.
