We work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend work is available on request, and we are available 24/7 for emergency visits. Call and David checks the schedule for a same-day slot.
Can we come today? Sometimes. It depends on what is already booked, and we will not say yes just to end the call.
HydroClean is family-owned, and David works the jobs himself. The times already on the calendar belong to customers who are counting on us, so we keep them.

What Helps Us Say Yes
A few things that improve the odds of a same-day slot.
- Being in Jackson or Madison County. A shorter drive is easier to fit into a full day.
- Flexibility on time. The more hours you can offer, the more likely one of them is open.
- A smaller job. Two rooms and a hallway can fit into a day. A whole house with tile and hardwood usually cannot.
- Someone at the property. Same-day work only happens when we can get in.
- Calling early. David's day starts around 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., and the earlier he knows, the more room there is to fit you in.
What to Do Right Now
If something has just been spilled, what you do in the next few minutes matters more than how fast we arrive.
Blot a Fresh Spill, Do Not Rub
Press a clean white towel straight down and lift. Rubbing drives the spill deeper into the pile and can damage the fiber. That can turn a spot that would clean up into one that stays.
Work From the Outside In
Start at the edge of the spot and work toward the middle, so you do not spread it into clean carpet.
Keep Off It
Foot traffic over a wet spill grinds it into the base of the pile, where it is much harder to extract. Block the area off if you can.
Skip the Store-Bought Spot Remover
Many leave a sticky residue that attracts soil, and some set certain stains for good. If you have already used one, tell us which, because it changes the treatment.
Call and Describe It
Call (731) 437-0006 and tell us what was spilled, how long ago, and what you have already done. That tells us whether this needs us today or later in the week.
What Same-Day Cannot Change
We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- Same-day cleaning does not shorten drying. Carpet still takes about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, to dry. Hard floors still take 1 to 2 hours. If you need a room usable in ninety minutes, carpet cleaning is not the answer.
- Speed does not improve stain removal. An old, set-in stain behaves the same today as next Tuesday, and we do not always know what will come out.
- A same-day slot is not always there. When it is not, the first available appointment is what we can offer.
- Standing water is restoration work, not cleaning. If water has pooled or soaked into the floor, say so on the call so David knows what he is dealing with.

Does urgent work cost more?
We price every job individually and do not post prices, and that includes short-notice work. David prepares an estimate for your job, and you approve it before we schedule.
Should I use the form for an urgent request?
No. A form is fine for planning ahead and too slow for something urgent. Call for anything that needs attention today, so David can check the schedule while you are on the line.
What should I do with a fresh spill before you arrive?
Blot straight down with a clean white towel instead of rubbing, work from the outside of the spot inward, and keep foot traffic off it. Skip store-bought spot removers. If you have already used one, tell us which, because it changes how we treat the spot.
Will a same-day job be as thorough?
The process does not change. What changes is how much fits. If a full house cannot be done properly in the time available, we say so and suggest doing the areas that matter most today. The rest can go on the calendar for another date.
