Terms of Service

These terms cover two separate things. The first is your use of this website. The second is the basis on which we provide cleaning services if you go on to book with us. By using the site or requesting an estimate you accept them.

This website is operated by HydroClean LLC, trading as HydroClean Carpet & Floor Care, based at 123 Jadewood Dr, Jackson, TN 38305.

You are welcome to read, print and share anything on this site for your own purposes. Please do not use it to send automated or bulk submissions through our forms, attempt to interfere with how the site works, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for other visitors.

Our contact form applies rate limiting and basic abuse protection. If a submission looks automated it may be rejected. If you are a real customer and cannot get through, call us on (731) 437-0006 and we will sort it out.

Submitting the form on this site is a request for an estimate. It is not a booking for the work and it does not create a contract for the work. Nothing on this website is an offer of a fixed price. We do not post prices. Each job is priced individually, because the cost of a job depends on area, soil level, surface type, treatment needs and access.

Any figure we give you is based on the information available at the time. If the condition or scope turns out to be materially different once we see the property, we will tell you before starting rather than after, and you are free to decline.

To carry out the work we need access to the property, working electricity and water, and somewhere reasonable to park within hose reach. Please secure pets away from the work area and let us know in advance about anything unusual regarding access.

We move light furniture where it is safe to do so. Heavy items, electronics, breakables, full bookcases and antiques stay where they are and we clean around them. If you want a specific piece moved, tell us in advance so we can agree whether that is practical.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can. We will do the same for you.

This section matters more than any other. We will inspect the work with you before we start and tell you what we expect.

Cleaning removes soil. It does not reverse damage. Traffic lanes worn by years of foot traffic improve substantially and may still be visible, because the fiber is physically abraded. Old, set-in and previously treated stains frequently lighten rather than disappear. Some substances permanently dye carpet fiber. Bleach spots and sun fading have removed color rather than added it, so nothing can clean them out. Pet urine present for a long period can permanently alter carpet dye, and where contamination has reached the pad or subfloor, cleaning reduces odor without necessarily eliminating it. Etching on natural stone is physical damage from acid, not a stain. Hardwood cleaning is not refinishing.

Where we tell you in advance that a result is uncertain, that assessment forms part of what you are agreeing to. We would rather set an honest expectation than take payment for a promise we cannot keep.

We stand behind the work. You get a chance to look at it before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave.

This does not cover making damage disappear, or a result we told you in advance was not realistic. If you notice something after we have gone, call us. We will come back and look at it, and clean it again if needed.

Payment for the work is due on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing, for example with a commercial account. We will tell you what payment methods we accept when we confirm the booking.

No payment is taken through this website. If anyone asks you to pay through this site, it is not us.

We take care with your property. If we damage something through our own negligence, tell us straight away and we will put it right.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for wear revealed once soil is removed, for failure of an existing installation such as loose seams or failing adhesive, or for items you asked us to clean against our stated advice. We are also not responsible for outcomes we identified as uncertain before starting.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. The photographs are of genuine HydroClean jobs. Please do not republish them as your own work.

The guides and articles on this site are general information, written to be genuinely useful. They are not a substitute for someone looking at your actual floor. If you follow general advice and it does not suit your specific surface, that is exactly why we inspect before cleaning.

Reviews and ratings shown on this site are real and published elsewhere. We do not write or commission reviews.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Tennessee.

Before anything reaches that stage, please call us. Almost everything in this business gets resolved by someone picking up the phone.
