HydroClean does medical office floor cleaning in Jackson and the towns around it, for carpet and hard floors in medical and dental practices. We visit the office, quote the work, and schedule it around your patients once you approve. Waiting rooms and corridors get the most attention, because that is where patient traffic wears the floor.

What We See on These Floors

Patients sit in a waiting room with nothing to do but look around. They notice the floor.

Waiting areas also take concentrated traffic. Every patient walks the same path from the door to reception to a chair.

Scheduling is tight. Practices run full appointment books, so the floors have to be ready before the first patient arrives.

How We Handle It

  • Same process as any customer: a call, a site visit, a quote, then we schedule the work if you approve it.
  • We plan the timing around your appointment book and sort out keys and alarm codes before the appointment.
  • We are fully insured and can send a certificate of insurance if you need one. Purchase orders are fine.
  • A hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume is available, which matters where patients and staff are sensitive.
  • Most of the effort goes to waiting areas, reception and corridors.
  • VCT strip and wax for tile floors, and low-moisture encapsulation for large areas of glue-down carpet.

Realistic Results, Honestly

We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.

  • Our sanitizing treatment is a cleaning add-on that reduces odor-causing organisms in fiber. It is not medical-grade disinfection and we do not present it as one. Your clinical disinfection protocols stay separate and remain yours.
  • Waiting room carpet will show wear at the entry and around the seating. Cleaning removes the soil. It does not reverse that wear.
  • Carpet cleaned with hot water extraction needs about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, to dry. That is why the timing gets planned ahead.
  • VCT strip and wax needs cure time between coats, and no one can walk on the floor until it cures. That job needs a longer closed window, and we quote it after the site visit.

Common Questions

Can you work around our appointment schedule?

Yes. Tell us your hours and when the office is closed. Evening and weekend work is available on request. We plan the timing with you before the appointment, so the floors are ready when patients come back.

Will there be a chemical smell for patients?

There should not be. Our products are tested and safe, and we have a hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume. Tell us about any concerns before the service.

Is this a medical disinfection service?

No, and we will not claim it is. We clean floors and can add a sanitizing treatment that reduces odor-causing organisms in carpet fiber. Clinical disinfection is its own discipline with its own standards, and it stays with your practice.

How long does VCT strip and wax take?

Longer than carpet. Each coat of finish needs time to cure, and no one can walk on the floor until it does. We look at the floor on the site visit, quote it and plan it around a time the office is closed.
