Jump to a section
Pinson is in southern Madison County, about 15 minutes from our Jackson base, so it is one of the easier towns for us to schedule. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and hardwood on in-town lots and acreage. Many Pinson homes have outdoor pets, so pet stain and odor treatment is common work for us here.
Floor Care in Pinson
Pinson sits in southern Madison County, a short drive from Jackson, which makes it one of the easiest towns for us to serve. It is best known for Pinson Mounds State Archaeological Park, one of the most important prehistoric Native American mound sites in the country.
Pinson has a rural-residential feel. Lots tend to be larger than in Jackson, many with gravel or long paved drives and mature trees. That brings a steady load of tracked-in soil and settled dust through the whole house, not only in the traffic lanes.
Pinson is close to Jackson, but the lots are bigger and more rural. The homes show it: established family houses, some newer construction and homes on acreage.
Bigger yards mean more pets with outdoor access. That is one of the main reasons for the pet stain and odor work we do in this part of the county.

Services We Provide in Pinson
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Cleaner from a pump sprayer, then a hot high-pressure rinse that is vacuumed out to the truck as it goes down.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Deep cleaning that takes years of cleaner residue and store-bought polish off a wood floor. We also screen and recoat. We do not sand to bare wood.
VCT & Hard Surface Floors
Strip and wax, scrubbing and buffing for VCT in West Tennessee churches, schools, medical offices and office buildings, plus other hard floors.
LVP & LVT Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank and tile hold soil in their ridged finish. We clean the floor, extract that soil and rinse it. We do not strip or wax it.
Natural Stone Cleaning
Any natural stone floor, including marble, granite, travertine and slate, safely cleaned and sealed. We identify the stone before any product goes on it.
Specialty Services
Rugs, commercial floors, specialty sealers and coatings, and the other jobs where we have to see what you have before we choose a method.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction that flushes embedded soil out of the pile and sends it back out to the truck.
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, chairs, sectionals and mattresses cleaned in your home, with the method picked after we identify the fiber.

Booking HydroClean in Pinson
Call or Send an Estimate Request
Either one works. Call or text (731) 437-0006, or fill in the request form on this page. David still answers the phone, and we respond to requests on the same business day.
We Get the Details
We ask what needs cleaning, which rooms and roughly how big they are. Most carpet cleaning can be estimated over the phone, with the final price set when we see the floor. A home over 4,000 square feet, or a job with smoke odor or a lot of pet stains and odor, normally needs a visit first.
We Prepare Your Estimate
Every job is priced on its own, based on what you told us and what we see.
You Approve It and We Set a Time
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the job. A checklist comes to you 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: pick up toys and clothes, and have the rooms open and available.
We Do the Job
You get a chance to look at the work before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we go.
What's Included
- A look at the floor and any problem areas before we start
- Pre-vacuuming of every carpeted area
- Furniture moved where needed, cleaned underneath, then put back and blocked. Large, heavy pieces stay in place
- Traffic-lane cleaner to break the bond between soil and fiber
- Truck-mounted hot water extraction for carpet and upholstery
- Remaining spots treated and rinsed again
- Surface-specific methods for tile, stone, hardwood, luxury vinyl and VCT
- A chance to look over the work before we leave
What to Expect
We do not always know what will come out until we clean it. Most soil does, and many stains improve. Traffic lanes clean up well but may still show wear, because years of foot traffic wear down the fiber itself. Old dye loss and pet urine that reached the pad or subfloor can remain, and we tell you that before we start. Carpet dries in about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours.
Pinson Questions
How quickly can you get to Pinson?
Pinson is about 15 minutes from our Jackson base, so it is one of the easier towns for us to reach. Call (731) 437-0006 and we will tell you what days are open.
We have dogs with outdoor access. What should we expect?
Two separate issues, and we treat them differently. Tracked-in soil collects at the door, and accidents happen inside. For accidents we inspect with a UV light and a moisture meter to find where the urine went. Most stains come out and odor is removed or greatly reduced, but we cannot promise it will be gone completely every time.
Do you handle homes on acreage?
Yes. Lot size does not change how we work. Larger rural properties often carry more soil at the entries, so that is usually where we focus. Tell us about gates, long drives or animals so we can plan where to park the truck.
Does Pinson get Jackson scheduling?
Yes. Pinson is in Madison County and close to our base, so we schedule it much like in-town Jackson. If you call about something after the job, it is a short drive for David to come back and look at it.
Need floor cleaning in Pinson?
Tell us what needs cleaning in Pinson, which rooms and roughly how big they are, and we will put an estimate together. Request an estimate, or call or text first with your questions. We respond to requests on the same business day.
