HydroClean provides home floor cleaning services for families in Jackson and the West Tennessee towns around it. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile, hardwood and luxury vinyl. You call or send a request, we put an estimate together, and once you approve it we set a time. You get a chance to look at the work before we leave.
What We See on These Floors
A family home works hard. Kids drop food, spill drinks and sit on the floor. Shoes and muddy boots pile up at the door, and the path from the door to the kitchen gets walked all day. Over a year, carpet starts to look tired even when you vacuum often.
Vacuuming cannot reach all of it. Foot traffic grinds soil down to the base of the pile, and skin and cooking oils hold fine dust to the fiber. That is why traffic lanes darken, and why a room can look dull even in a well-kept house.

How We Handle It
- We look at each room first and check the fiber and the spots. We tell you what we expect, and we are honest that we do not always know what will come out until we clean it.
- We pre-vacuum every area and move furniture where it is needed. We clean underneath, then put it back on blocks. Large, heavy pieces such as beds, sectionals, china cabinets and pianos stay where they are, so have those moved before we come if you want the carpet under them cleaned.
- The products we use are tested and safe for homes. If someone has severe allergies or sensitivities, tell us and we can use a hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume.
- You choose the rooms. A guest room nobody uses can wait until it needs it.
- If you want to add upholstery or tile while we are there, we do it if time allows. If not, we quote it and set another date.
- You get a chance to look at the work before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave.

Realistic Results, Honestly
We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- Traffic lanes improve a great deal and may still look a little darker than the carpet beside them. That is wear from years of foot traffic, not soil left behind.
- Plan for about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, before carpet is fully dry. Air movers speed it up, and carpet dries faster in winter than in a humid summer.
- Old juice, marker and food dye can leave a lasting color in the fiber. We point those spots out before we start, so you know what to expect.
Common Questions
Is it safe for my kids to be on the carpet afterward?
Yes, once it is dry. Our products are tested and safe for homes, and we rinse the carpet. Keep everyone off while it dries, mostly so nobody tracks soil back onto the clean carpet.
How often should a family home be cleaned?
Most homes do well with a cleaning every 12 to 18 months. With children or pets in the house, more often. Spring and fall are the common times. We send a reminder card and the occasional email, and you book when you are ready.
Do I have to clean every room?
No. If a room does not need it yet, we will say so. Most families get the most from the living areas, hallways and stairs, and leave lightly used rooms for a later visit.
What if something is not right when you finish?
Tell us while we are still there. If it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave. If you notice something later, call us. David will come back, look at it, and re-clean if it needs it.
