Each surface wears in its own way, so each one needs its own chemistry, equipment and expectations. Grout is porous cement, so it soaks up soil. Hardwood builds up residue from mop-and-shine products. Natural stone etches from acids instead of staining. Carpet holds soil at the base of the pile. So we identify the surface first, every time, and explain how we will clean it before any work starts.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Cleaner from a pump sprayer, then a hot high-pressure rinse that is vacuumed out to the truck as it goes down.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Deep cleaning that takes years of cleaner residue and store-bought polish off a wood floor. We also screen and recoat. We do not sand to bare wood.

VCT & Hard Surface Floors

Strip and wax, scrubbing and buffing for VCT in West Tennessee churches, schools, medical offices and office buildings, plus other hard floors.

LVP & LVT Luxury Vinyl Flooring

Luxury vinyl plank and tile hold soil in their ridged finish. We clean the floor, extract that soil and rinse it. We do not strip or wax it.

Natural Stone Cleaning

Any natural stone floor, including marble, granite, travertine and slate, safely cleaned and sealed. We identify the stone before any product goes on it.

Specialty Services

Rugs, commercial floors, specialty sealers and coatings, and the other jobs where we have to see what you have before we choose a method.

Carpet Cleaning

Hot water extraction that flushes embedded soil out of the pile and sends it back out to the truck.

Upholstery Cleaning

Sofas, chairs, sectionals and mattresses cleaned in your home, with the method picked after we identify the fiber.

  1. You Call or Send a Request

    Call or text (731) 437-0006, or send the estimate request form. Either way you reach our Jackson team, and we respond to requests on the same business day. David started the company in 2010 and he still answers the phone.

  2. We Collect the Details

    We ask what needs cleaning, which rooms and the rough sizes. Most carpet cleaning can be estimated over the phone, with the final price set on inspection. A home over 4,000 square feet, or a job with smoke odor or a lot of pet stains and odor, normally needs a visit first.

  3. We Prepare Your Estimate

    Every job is priced individually, so your estimate is built around your floors and your rooms. Travel is built into the price. Nothing is added as a separate line for the drive.

  4. You Approve It and We Schedule

    Once you approve the estimate, we set a time. You get a checklist 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. It is short: pick up toys and clothes, and have the rooms open and available.

  5. We Do the Job and You Look It Over

    We clean each surface with the method made for it. You get a chance to look at the work before we leave. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave.

How many services do you offer?

Can you do more than one surface in the same visit?

Yes, and many families do. Tell us everything you want cleaned when you request your estimate and we will price it together. If you decide to add a service while we are there, we do it if time allows. If not, we quote it and schedule another date.

Which service do I need?

If you are not sure, describe the problem instead of naming a service. We will ask a few questions, explain which method fits, and tell you if something does not need doing yet. You are welcome to call with questions before you request an estimate.

How much does it cost?

We price every job individually, so we do not post prices. The estimate depends on what needs cleaning, which rooms and how big they are. There is a service minimum, so a very small job is billed at a flat minimum rate. Call or send an estimate request and we will prepare yours.

Do you serve commercial properties as well as homes?

Yes. We clean offices, medical and dental practices, shops, churches and apartment communities. The process is the same as in a home, plus the logistics: timing, keys and alarm codes. Evening and weekend work is available on request. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance. We also do encapsulation cleaning for large glue-down carpet and VCT strip and wax. Each commercial job gets its own estimate.
