Realistic Results, Honestly
We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- Old grease marks on a seat pad often lighten instead of disappearing. Cooking oil that has soaked in and oxidized over years has darkened the fiber itself.
- Chairs in a set will not all finish exactly alike. The two chairs used at every meal carry years more wear than the two nobody sits in, and they may still look a little different.
- Some dining chair fabrics are decorative and coded S or X. Silk blends, certain linens and some patterned fabrics cannot take water-based cleaning. We check the tag first and tell you.
- Cleaning does not repair a flat seat pad. If the foam has compressed after years of use, the chair will be clean and still feel flat.

Do you clean the whole set or just the worst chairs?
The whole set, and we recommend it. Cleaning two chairs out of six leaves a set that no longer matches, and it shows around a table.
Can you take the seat pads out?
Where they lift out safely, yes. Some chairs have fixed upholstery or pads held with staples or screws we will not disturb, and we clean those in place.
Why do my dining chairs feel slightly tacky?
Airborne cooking grease. Oil from the kitchen settles on the fabric and holds dust. It needs a pre-spray with time to work.
Can you clean bar stools and kitchen island seating?
Yes. Bar stools sit closest to the cooking and are often the seats used for quick everyday meals. Tell us how many when you call so they are on the estimate.
Will the wood on my chairs be affected?
We keep frames, legs and exposed wood dry and wipe them if anything lands on them.
