Residential carpet cleaning in Jackson covers the bedrooms, living areas, hallways and stairs of your house. We look at each room with you, pre-vacuum, move furniture where needed and clean with hot water extraction and family safe, pet safe products. You get a chance to look at the work before we leave.

House carpet gets dirty in the same places. The path from the garage door to the kitchen. The spot in front of the couch. The top and bottom of the stairs. The carpet under the table where a toddler eats. Those places need more attention than a guest room nobody walks through.

We clean around how you live. If the traffic lanes are the problem, that is where the traffic-lane cleaner and the extra passes go. If a room does not need cleaning, we will tell you, and it can stay off the list.

We recommend a cleaning in spring and again in fall. We send a reminder card, and you book when you are ready. To get a price, call or send an estimate request and tell us which rooms and roughly how big they are. Most homes can be estimated over the phone.

Benefits of Residential Carpet Cleaning

  • A cleaner, fresher house from room to room
  • Attention where your home needs it most
  • Less dust and allergens in the rooms your family uses most
  • Family safe, pet safe products
  • A few rooms or the whole house

Who This Is For

  • Jackson families with children and pets
  • Homeowners getting ready to host

Our Process

  1. Walkthrough

We look at every carpeted area together and agree on what we will clean.

  2. Pre-Vacuum

Every area gets vacuumed before any water goes in.

  3. Move Furniture

We move furniture where needed and clean underneath. It goes back on blocks.

  4. Traffic-Lane Cleaner

The walked paths get a cleaner that breaks the bond between the soil and the fiber.

  5. Extract Room by Room

Hot water extraction at 200 to 240°F, in an order that keeps a dry path open for you.

  6. Spots and Second Rinse

Remaining spots are treated and rinsed again. We neutralize the carpet if it needs it.

  7. You Look at the Work

You look it over before we load up. If something is not right and it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave.

What's Included

  • A walkthrough before we start
  • Pre-vacuuming in every area
  • Furniture moved where needed and blocked
  • Traffic-lane cleaner and spot treatment
  • Hot water extraction throughout
  • Neutralizing if the carpet needs it
  • Drying guidance
  • A chance to look at the work before we leave

Realistic Results, Honestly

We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.

  • Rooms rarely come up the same. A guest room will look better than the hallway, because the hallway has been walked thousands more times. That difference is wear, not effort.
  • Plan on about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, before the carpet is fully dry. We tell you the order we cleaned the rooms in so you can plan around it.
  • If we think a stain will not come out completely, we point it out before we start. We do not always know until we clean it.

Safe for Your Family and Pets

Our products are tested and safe for homes, family safe and pet safe. For severe allergies or sensitivities, ask for our hypoallergenic cleaner, which has no odor or perfume. Keep everyone off the carpet while it dries, so soil is not tracked back onto clean fiber.

What Customers Say

  • “We were very pleased with their service. The carpet looks great! We'll definitely use them again.”

  • “Great job & great service! Most important the carpets are clean. We manufacture steel components. This requires a lot of grinding, welding and milling. The grease and grime are terrible but David got everything clean. Thank you.”

Residential Carpet Cleaning Questions

Do I need to clean every room?

No, and we will tell you if a room does not need it. Most homes get the most from cleaning the traffic areas, living spaces and stairs, and leaving lightly used rooms until they need attention.

How should I prepare?

We send a checklist 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Pick up toys and clothes and have the rooms open and available. If you want the carpet under a bed, a large sectional or another large, heavy piece cleaned, have it moved before we arrive. Tell us about any spot that worries you so we can look at it on the walkthrough.

Do I need to be home?

It helps to be there at the start, and again at the end so you can look at the work before we leave. If that is hard to arrange, tell us when you call and we will work something out.

How often should I do this?

Every 12 to 18 months for most homes. Pets, children, allergies or heavy traffic push you toward the shorter end. We recommend spring and fall, and we send a reminder card when it is time.

Wondering about cost? We do not post prices, but you can see what affects the price of carpet cleaning.
