The Short Version
- We collect what you type into the estimate request form. It is emailed to our office. We ask you for nothing else directly.
- We use it to answer your request and plan your visit. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
- Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. If you decline, none are set.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically.
- You can call or email to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
What We Collect
This site collects information about you in only two ways. The first is the estimate request form, when you fill it in and send it. The second is the technical information every website receives, plus analytics if you agree to them.

Information Collected Automatically
Our host keeps standard server logs. They include your IP address, the pages you requested and your browser user agent. Every website works this way. The logs are needed to deliver pages and to defend the site against abuse.
If you agree to analytics, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you viewed, roughly where you are and what device you used. If you decline, it does not load at all. Separately, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without following you across other websites.
The map on the contact and service area pages comes from Google Maps. It loads only when you click Load map. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
How We Use It
When you send the form, our email provider, Resend, delivers your request to the HydroClean office by email, and our host records it in its server log. We use it to call you back about the work you asked about, prepare your estimate, and schedule and complete the job. That is the whole purpose.
We use technical logs to keep the site working, to stop automated spam, and to look into problems. When you allow analytics, we use them to see which pages help people and which do not, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. We do not build profiles about you across other websites.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate requests and job records while we work with you. After that, we keep them as long as we need them for tax records, follow-up on the work and any dispute. Our host keeps server logs for a short operational period. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics.
If you ask us to delete your information and the law does not require us to keep it, we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of there. You can still ask.
To exercise any of these, call (731) 437-0006 or email info@hydrocleanllc.com. Before we act, we confirm who you are, usually by checking details of the request or job you contacted us about. We aim to respond within 30 days, and within 45 days where a longer legal window applies.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Children
This is the website of a floor cleaning business in Jackson, Tennessee. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
