Since 2010 HydroClean has been a locally owned and operated family business. David Laton started it in Jackson, and he still answers the phone and works the jobs. Most customers just call him David.
Education
Our team has extensive knowledge and training for every service we offer. We are IICRC certified, and David has about 16 years of experience. On a job he is informative and technical. Ask what he is doing and why, and he will tell you.
Honest and Trustworthy
We set clear expectations for each customer's project, and we treat each home or business like our own. We do not always know what will come out, and we say so before we start. As David puts it, we run a cleaning company, not a magic company.
Careful and Thorough
We take the time to make sure your home or business is protected during the cleaning, to help prevent accidental damage. On carpet we move furniture where needed, clean underneath, then put it back and block it.
Safe Solutions for Everyone
Our cleaning solutions are safe for your family, your pets and your work staff. If you have specific concerns or chronic health issues, talk to us before the service. For severe allergies or sensitivities we have a hypoallergenic cleaner with no odor or perfume.

You Call or Send an Estimate Request
David answers the phone himself. If you would rather type it out, send the estimate request form.
We Collect the Details
We ask what needs cleaning, which rooms, and roughly how big they are. For some services we can give a phone estimate, with the final price set on inspection. For others we book an in-home estimate.
We Prepare the Estimate
David prices each job individually, from the details we collected and what we see on inspection.
You Approve It and We Schedule
Once you approve the estimate, we set a time. You get a checklist 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. It asks for simple things, like picking up toys and clothes and having the rooms open and available.
We Do the Job
The crew shows up in company-logo shirts with the truck mount. When we finish, you get a chance to look at the work before we leave.
What We Cannot Promise
We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- We do not post prices. David prices each job individually, so the way to get a number is to request an estimate.
- We cannot promise that every stain or odor will come out. We do not always know what will come out until we clean it.
- Carpet does not dry in an hour. Allow about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours. Air movers speed it up, and carpet dries faster in winter than in a humid summer.
- We do not sand hardwood to bare wood. We clean it, and we offer screen and recoat.
- Most of our work is in Jackson, Lexington, Brownsville, Milan, Medina, Humboldt and Henderson. We will travel anywhere in West Tennessee when the job is worth the time and travel.

Questions Before You Choose
Is HydroClean independently owned?
Yes. HydroClean has been a locally owned and operated family business since 2010. David Laton started it in Jackson and still answers the phone and works the jobs.
Do you post your prices?
No. David prices each job individually. Call or send an estimate request and tell us what needs cleaning, which rooms, and rough sizes. For some services we can give a phone estimate, with the final price set on inspection. For others we book an in-home estimate.
What if I am not happy with the work?
You get a chance to look at the work before we leave. We cannot fix every issue, but if it is within our ability, we make it right before we leave. If you notice something a couple of days later, call. David will apologize, listen, come by to look at the area, and re-clean it if needed.
Do you work on commercial properties too?
Yes. Commercial jobs follow the same process as homes, plus the logistics: timing, keys and alarm codes. We also do encapsulation cleaning for large glue-down carpet, and we strip and wax VCT.
