HydroClean does restaurant floor cleaning in Jackson and nearby West Tennessee towns, for dining room carpet and hard floors such as tile, grout and VCT. Food service soil is bound with oil, so it needs heat and different chemistry than office soil. We visit, quote the work, and schedule it around your service once you approve.
What We See on These Floors
Food service soil is different from office soil. Cooking oil gets into the air, settles across the dining room and traps dry soil against the floor. That is why a restaurant floor can feel tacky and look dull even when it is swept and mopped every day.
Grease also travels farther than people expect. It settles on dining room carpet, in the tile grout at the front of the house and on upholstered booth seating.
Then there is the schedule. Restaurants have short closed windows and cannot open with a floor that is not ready.
How We Handle It
- Heat and chemistry matched to oil-bound soil, because a method made for dry office soil does not break grease.
- Tile and grout gets a high-pressure rinse at about 1,000 to 1,200 PSI with 200 to 240°F water, vacuumed out to the truck at the same time.
- Booth and dining chair cleaning, the part of the room that often gets missed until it is obvious.
- We work out the timing around your service hours, plus keys and alarm codes, before the appointment.
- We are fully insured and can send a certificate of insurance if you need one. Purchase orders are fine.
- VCT strip and wax, quoted after we see the floor.
Services That Fit
Realistic Results, Honestly
We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- Grease built up over years can take more than one visit. The first clean makes a large difference, and a second visit is sometimes needed for the rest.
- Grout in a restaurant absorbs oil and can stain for good. Cleaning improves it a great deal, and color sealing is often the honest fix for grout that will not come back.
- We clean floors and front-of-house surfaces. Kitchen deep cleaning, hood systems and health-code work are separate trades, and we do not claim them.
- Sealing grout after cleaning helps in a restaurant, because it slows the oil absorption that caused the problem.
Common Questions
Why does our floor feel tacky even after mopping?
Cooking grease in the air settles across the room and traps dry soil against the floor. Mopping spreads it around instead of lifting it. It takes heat and chemistry made for oil-bound soil.
Can you clean when we are closed?
Yes. Tell us your closed day or your hours and we plan around them. Evening and weekend work is available on request, and we are available 24/7 for emergency visits. Timing, keys and alarm codes are sorted out with you before the appointment.
Will our grout come back to its original color?
Often it improves a great deal, but we do not always know what will come out until we clean it. Grout that has soaked up oil for years can stay stained, and then color sealing gives you one even color where cleaning alone cannot.
Do you clean kitchens?
We clean floors and front-of-house surfaces. Kitchen deep cleaning, hood and duct systems and health-code work are separate specialties, and we do not claim to do them.
