What to Expect
We do not always know what will come out until we clean it. Most soil does, and many stains improve. Traffic lanes clean up well but may still show wear, because years of foot traffic wear down the fiber itself. Old dye loss and pet urine that reached the pad or subfloor can remain, and we tell you that before we start. Carpet dries in about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours.

What are the dark lines along my walls?
That is filtration soiling. Air pushes through the carpet edge at the baseboard, and the carpet catches soot like a filter. It can show up in any home, and an older home has had more years to collect it. Treatment usually improves it a good deal, but it often does not clear completely, and we say so before we start.
How far ahead should I book before the Strawberry Festival?
