How long does a whole house take?
It depends on the size of the house and the condition of the carpet. Drying then runs about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, from when each area was finished, so the first rooms are ready well before the last.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
It helps to be there at the start, and again at the end so you can look at the work before we leave. If that is hard to arrange, tell us when you call.
What about rooms with a lot of furniture?
We move the pieces we can move safely, clean underneath, put them back and set them on blocks. We do not move large, heavy furniture or anything that has to be taken apart, such as beds, large sectionals, china cabinets, pianos, aquariums, gun safes, TVs and entertainment centers. Have those moved before we arrive if you want the carpet under them cleaned.
