We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise we cannot keep.
- Cleaning cannot fix damage. Burns, dye stains, bleach spots, tears and pet damage that has changed the fiber will still be there afterward. We point them out beforehand.
- An empty carpet shows wear that furniture was hiding. That is normal, and the cleaning did not cause it.
- If your landlord requires cleaning, check whether they name a standard or a provider before you book, so the work is accepted.
- Book with enough time before handover for the carpet to dry fully: about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours.

Do I get a receipt for my landlord?
Yes. Every job gets an invoice, which is what most leases ask for. If your landlord wants photos of the work or notes on the carpet's condition, ask and we will provide them.
Will this get my deposit back?
We cannot promise that. It meets the professional cleaning requirement most leases contain. It cannot repair real damage, so a burn or a permanent stain will still be assessed on its own.
Should I clean before or after moving out?
After. Empty the house, then clean. With nothing in the way we can clean every square foot wall to wall.
Can you handle multiple units?
Yes. Property managers often book several units together. Tell us how many units and when they turn, and we will prepare one estimate. Purchase orders are fine.
Do you clean carpet before a move-in too?
Yes. It is the same job in the same empty house. Book it before your furniture arrives, so every square foot is open, including where the beds and sofas will sit. Allow about half a day, sometimes up to 24 hours, of drying before the furniture goes in.
What if the previous occupant had pets?
Tell us if you know. We can inspect with a UV light and a moisture meter to find urine and see how much of a room is affected. Then we tell you what we found and what we would advise.
