As early as you can. A week or two before the date gives us room to work with. Tell us the date and we plan back from it.
Can you clean the day before my event?
For hard floors, often yes. They are usually ready within 1 to 2 hours. Carpet is riskier that close, because it can take up to 24 hours to dry. A couple of days ahead is safer.
What if my carpet has a permanent stain?
It will be cleaner and it may still be there. Show it to us ahead of time so you can plan a rug or furniture around it if you need to.
Do you clean after events too?
Yes. Parties leave spills and traffic soil. The sooner those are dealt with, the better the chance they come out.
